Introducing the Gulzar Pearl Cascade Set — a complete three-piece handcrafted ensemble in silk tissue, made entirely at The Silver Stitch atelier. Gulzar, meaning rose garden, was not chosen lightly — this set carries the quality of something that grows, layered and alive, in quiet abundance.

The blouse opens the conversation. A structured high neck rises cleanly at the collar — no plunge, no reveal, just the quiet authority of restraint. Below it, the entire surface is worked in cut dana (faceted crystals), pearls, and sequins in a sweeping arch-and-fan motif that moves from the collar outward like ribs of a seashell. The craftsmanship is dense where it matters — at the chest, at the shoulders — and feathers at the lower edge into a hanging crystal-pearl fringe, each drop hand-knotted, each one a tiny prism of light in motion. The back is fully embroidered in intricate paisley, closed with a clean back zip that keeps the silhouette unbroken and precise.

The lehenga is where this set declares its modernity. Not a traditional circular skirt — a cascade-style silk tissue lehenga with layered panels that fall in soft, offset tiers. The movement is fluid and asymmetric, entirely contemporary, yet the embroidered waistband anchors it in craft. Silk tissue adds a barely-there shimmer that reads differently at every hour of the day.

The scarf completes it — and defines it. A silk tissue scarf with a pearl-embroidered scalloped border, worn from the shoulders, falling in twin panels at either side. It is not a dupatta worn in the traditional sense. It drapes with the lightness of air, its scalloped hem tracing a soft wave as it moves. Worn over the shoulders it frames the blouse perfectly; let go, it becomes the silhouette.
